10 CRAFTS IS WIDELY USED FOR ALUMINUM ENCLOSURE PRODUCTION 
Nowadays, Aluminum Extrusion aluminum is widely used for daily life. how about an aluminum extrusion enclosure factory and how to process it? below are the  10 crafts that are widely used for production.  

1. Prepare material  --  Cut Material  
Normally, a tube or split-style aluminum extruded enclosure width and height can not change. customer will according to the PCB size to choose a workable enclosure, cut the length as needed. cut material tolerance is 0.2-0.3mm
2. Drill screw holes  
Aluminum extruded assembly with main box and two end panels with screws.  so drill screw size widely with M2*D, M2.5*D, M3*D, and M4*D is widely used for the box.  

3. CNC Milling holes  
CNC Process is widely used for Machine processes,  because of the Convenient processing and precise precision. CNC  milling holes can drill holes anywhere. the only one who can not make Right angle anywhere. the smallest normally is R1.  

4.  Laser Cutting 
The laser cutting process is most used for the end panel process. quick and beautiful. save a lot of punch mold cost when customers just need small quantity products.  

5. Punch holes  ---  Hand Punch  and CNC punch 
Punch holes are Punch punching is the first processing method in the processing industry. The corresponding size product is opened and the mold is punched out. every size has its own mold.  quick and cheap when customers need big quantities and less prices.

6. Bend --- Punch Center and Bending Machine  
Bend is widely used for the End Panel Process when customers need a bent panel to mount in the wall or desk. or make a box. 

7. Finish Treatment  -- Brush, Sandblast  

Box process when finished machine process, need make polish make sure the box looks good. brush and sandblast is most popular in aluminum.  the third finished treatment waiting for you to create it.  


8.Color  --- Anodizing, Powder Coat. Electrophoresis  Different Colors with different finish treatments.

Electrostatic powder coating
